Return Policy

           We take great pride in the products we offer to our customers. Each order is individually inspected before we ship it out. If for some reason you need to return an item we will be glad to refund the amount of purchase up to 30 days from the shipping date if the following terms are met. We regret shipping charges are non- refundable. Please contact us to arrange for either a refund or exchange  prior to returning  any items.

 The products must be returned in resalable condition without damage or alterations. Washed or laundered items will not be accepted. Please pack your items carefully as refunds on damage items due to poor packaging will not be issued. For your protection you might consider insuring your return items. If you do not elect to insure, we cannot be responsible for damaged items. 

               Upon receiving the returned product we will inspect it and then issue a refund or exchange if the above terms have been met. Exchanges for a different product will be billed shipping charges. Items returned that do not meet the above terms will be abandoned or may be returned at customer's request  and expense.

                If the product has been damage during shipping please contact us immediately. Damaged items will be replaced with the same item. We may ask you to return the items prior to exchanges. If an item cannot be replaced due to unavailability we will refund your purchase amount less shipping charges.

                 We will make every effort to process your refund in 5 to 7 days. Order placed with a credit card will have the credit issued back to that same card. Orders mailed in with a check or money order will be issued a refund by check.
